CHANGES / CANCELLATION
Please keep in mind that once your order has reached us we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you forgot an item or have just stumbled upon something that you'd love to add, please send us through an email to info@emilylaurendesigns.com within an hour of your purchase and we will do our best to include it without additional shipping charges. Otherwise, for any additional items you will need to begin a new order.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. We can't guarantee how the parcels are treated once they leave our studio, however we do our best to ensure they are sealed, protected and packaged with love to prevent as much damage as possible! Should you come across any issues, please get in contact with us and we will see what we can do for you.
