Once your order has been processed, printed and packaged with love,
the usual shipping times are as follows:
Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days (for Metro areas).
Orders are usually delivered within 3-6 business days.
Please keep in mind that if your order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. Please note that longer waiting times may be experienced when delivering to WA, remote or regional areas. All our items are posted using either Australia Post or TNT Courier, depending on the nature of the order.
Please note that the postage/courier times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the postal service, public holidays or during busy holiday periods. We cannot assume responsibility for any issues or delays with postage and delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Please keep in mind that once your order has reached us we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you forgot an item or have just stumbled upon something that you'd love to add, please send us through an email to within an hour of your purchase and we will do our best to include it without additional shipping charges. Otherwise, for any additional items, you will need to begin a new order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. We can't guarantee how the parcels are treated once they leave our studio, however, we do our best to ensure they are sealed, protected and packaged with love to prevent as much damage as possible! Should you come across any issues, please get in contact with us immediately and we will see what we can do for you.
